Anna Neff

Anna Jean Neff, 77, of Cadiz, Ohio, formerly of Colliers, WV, died Monday at Trinity Medical Center, West in Steubenville. She was born April 25, 1938 near Cadiz in Harrison County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Dale Otto and Mary Bailey Kellar. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, Dana Robert Neff in 2015 and by a brother, Phillip Kellar and a sister-in-law, Donna Kellar. Surviving are two brothers, Herbert Kellar of Cadiz and Frank (Betty) Kellar of Jewett; a sister, Linda (Terry) Edwards of Cadiz; a sister-in-law, Deborah Kellar of Jewett; several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Friends may call Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Deborah Kellar officiating.
