Arlene Driggs, 81, formerly of Carrollton, Ohio, passed away on April 7, 2025, at the Adams Lane Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Zanesville, Ohio. She was born on March 6, 1944.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Bell, Jr., in 2023.
Thank you to Adams Lane Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center and Hospice of Central Ohio for their care and dedication to Arlene.
