Bonnie Talbott

Bonnie "Goldie" Talbott, 70, of Georgetown, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at her home following a long battle with lung cancer. She was born March 29, 1944 in Martins Ferry, Ohio a daughter of the late Russell and Faye Waller Fenstamaker. She was a loving homemaker along with being a manager of Cosmetology. She was the owner/operator of Bonnie's Hair Haven located in Cadiz and also operated a flower and craft shop called Goldie's Creations. She was an avid fisherwoman of Piedmont Lake for 50 plus years. She also enjoyed working and designing her flower beds around her home. Goldie attended the Cadiz Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents; by her husband of 24 years, Jim in an industrial accident and a brother, Warren James Fenstamaker. Surviving are her daughter, Russell (Rustie) Talbott (Donald) Dowdell of Georgetown, and nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Sunday, March 8 from 1-7 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz where funeral service will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. . Burial will follow at Shortcreek Cemetery, Georgetown, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Medi Home Health and Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
