Carol E. Blake, 58, Unionport, Ohio, died Tuesday, July 30, at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born August 8, 1943 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Charles and Shirley McCrea Souders. She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Deidre. She is survived by a son Charles David Blake of Little Washington, Pa; 2 daughters: Christina Lynn Blake of Clarksburg, W. Va. and Danielle Schleicher fo Scio; 3 Grandchildren: Sebastian, Ezekeil, and Gabriel Blake; 2 brothers: Charles Souders of Fayetteville, NC and James McCrea of Hampton, Virginia; and 2 sisters: Charlotte Enid of McClean, Virginia and Sharin Shrock of Dover, Ohio. Calling hours are Saturday August 3, 11-1 at Clark-Kirland Funeral Home, Cadiz. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery, Jewett, Ohio.
