Catherine Jo Heavelyn

Catherine Jo Heavelyn, 64, of Cadiz, Ohio passed away on April 30, 2025, at her home. She was born on August 6, 1960, in West Virginia, a daughter of the late Robert Clark and Agnes Schlotter.

Catherine worked as a clerk at Shurfast Food Mart for several years. She then went on to work at and retire from Harrison Community Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Wayne Heavelyn; daughter, Breanna Meintel; son, Bobby Meintel; stepdaughter, Jeanna A. Lamber; granddaughter, Hailey Renee; and step-grandsons, Justin Wayne and Brandon Michael.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
