Charles Soos, Sr.

Charles R. Soos, Sr., 82, of Cadiz, Ohio, died Sunday January 5, 2020 at his home. He was born October 28, 1937 in Adena, Ohio, a son of the late John and Mary Lachendro Soos. Charles was a member of the Flushing Pigeon Club and enjoyed raising chickens. He was a disabled Coal Miner and Railroad Worker and was a Catholic by faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Charles Soos, Jr. and Heath Soos; and a brother, James "Will" Soos. Surviving are a son Clarence (Heather) Soos of Cadiz; a daughter, Barbara (Richard) Medley of Jewett; seven grandchildren; his former wife, Elizabeth Busby Soos; and siblings, John (Eleanor) Soos, Robert (Jackie) Soos, Bernadine (Ronnie) Sliva, and Margy (Charlie) Werner. Friends may call Friday, January 10, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home with Rev. Pete Tuchek officiating.
