Charmaine Greer

Charmaine Greer, 75, of Cadiz, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born August 31, 1939 in Cadiz a daughter of the late George Bland and Bernice Neff Mattern Bland. She was a retired homemaker who cherished her children, and an awesome Grandma, "Nana" to all her grandchildren. She loved the outdoors. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William L. "Bill" Greer in March 2008; four brothers: George, Kenneth, James, and Joseph Bland and a sister: Grace Marie Cannon. Surviving are her children: Mona (William) Bryant, Jeffrey (Paula) Greer, Deanne (Scott) Yarman and Shawn (Sabrina) Greer, all of Cadiz; seven grandchildren: Heather, Jeffrey, Daniel, Monica, Chandler, Dalton and Madaline; three great grandchildren: Ava, Nathan, and Vada; a brother, Ronald (Donna) Bland of Cadiz; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday, 4-8 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz where funeral service will be held Saturday, April 18, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Pete Tuchek officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
