Christine Brown

Christine M. Hoobler Brown, 53, of Hopedale, died Monday, November 17, 2014 at her home. She was born May 31, 1961 in Dennison, Ohio, a daughter of the late C. Raymond and Carolyn Wilson Hoobler. Christine was a retired employee of the Harrison County Home for thirty years. She was a member of the Hopedale Church of Christ. People knew her as a lovely lady with a winning smile. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by a brother, Donald R. Hoobler. Surviving are her husband Joseph W. Brown; a son, Brandon (Tracia) Dunfee of Cadiz; two grandchildren, Braylee and Trae Dunfee; a step-son, Bryan (Lori) Brown of Cambridge; two step-daughters, Jennifer (Jacob) Schleining of Cambridge and Sarah Brown of Monroe, OH; and two step-granddaughters, Hillary Schleining and Allison Brown. Friends may callThursday, 2-4 and 6-8 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Dean Blythe officiating.
