Craig Kerwood

Craig Allen Kerwood, 61, of Cadiz, formerly of Jewett and Scio, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the Carriage Inn of Cadiz. He was born January 5, 1954 in Zanesville, Ohio, a son of the late Ross Kerwood, Sr. and Beatrice Raber Kerwood. Craig was a people person with an outgoing personality and a great sense of humor. As a young man he enjoyed sports, especially football and he was an avid fisherman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ross "Rusty" Kerwood, Jr. and John "J.B." Kerwood; a sister Sarah"Red" Goodrich; and John Cothran. Surviving are two daughters, Melinda Moore of Minerva, OH and Bobbi Brady of Carrollton, OH; three brothers, Charles (Mary Ann) Kerwood, Samuel (M.J.) Kerwood of Scio, and Jerry (Shelly) Kerwood of Jewett; three sisters, Beatrice Estep of Buckannon, WV, Dorothy Kerwood of Jewett and Diana (Bob) Hilbert of Jewett. The family wants to thank Valley Hospice for their loving care. Friends may call Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until time of memorial service at 7:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz.
