Dorothea Greer

Dorothea L. Greer, 65, of Cadiz, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at her home. She was born September 8, 1937, at The Plaines, Ohio, a daughter of the late Arthur Cline, Sr. and Irene Almashy Cline. She was a member of the Wintersville Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Dorothea owned and operated the Family Tree Inn Bed and Breakfast in Cadiz, and was a member of the First Families of Harrison County, the Harrison County Geneological Society, the Harrison County Historical Society, the Harrison County Tourism Council, and was the Treasurer for the Harrison County Republican Executive Committee. Surviving are her husband, Jack Greer; 2 sons, Mark A. Greer of Morristown, and Brian L. Greer and his wife, Elisabeth of Cocoa, FL; 2 daughters, Mandy J. Kellaway and her husband, Jeff of Powhattan, VA, and Stacey A. Cooper and her husband, Rodney of Scio; 7 grandchildren, Zatina, Rachael and Ryan Greer; Melea and Justin Kellaway; and Arabeth and Darin Abel; 2 brothers, Arthur S. Cline, Jr., of Titusville, FL, and Lee Roy Cline of Sun City Center, FL. Friends may call Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, where Funeral Services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Memorial contributions may be made to the Harrison County Geneological Society, 168 E. Market St., Cadiz, OH 43907.
