Earcel Best

Earcel Owen Best, 81, of Cadiz, Ohio passed away at home on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late Earcel and Laura Thompson Best of Hopedale, Ohio.

He was a coal miner and a farmer. He enjoyed fishing in his free time. Earcel will be missed by all that “truly” knew him.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sandra (Howell) Best of Cadiz; his children: Laina Best of Cadiz, Trent Best of Bowerston, Dawn (David) Watt of Cadiz and Tod (Tennille) Best of Cadiz; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family is being assisted by Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home, Cadiz, Ohio.
