Frankie L. Bouslaugh, 82, of Carrollton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2026, as the result of a vehicle accident. He was born on November 6, 1943 in Seattle, Washington a son of the late Leon Gordon and Anna Mae Bartlett Bouslaugh.
He was preceded in death in addition to his parents by a grandson, LCP Randy Heck and 12 siblings.
He is survived in addition to his wife, Sherry Owens Bouslaugh; a daughter, Teresa (Everett) Black of Amsterdam; his son, Scottie L. (Tanya) Bouslaugh of Flushing; 5 grandchildren: Misty (Duane) Sims, Vicki (Damian) Rojas, Kateland (Damian) Ayers , Kayla Bouslaugh and Jonathan Bouslaugh; 9 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Irene and Violet both of Oregon.
Frankie dedicated his life to his family, logging and the farm. He was full of humor and never missed an opportunity to tell stories of his beloved home, Oregon. He will be deeply missed.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The family is being assisted by Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home, Cadiz, Ohio.
