Franklin Lewis Branson, III, 58, of Cadiz, died Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Trinity Medical Center, West in Steubenville. A memorial service will be held Saturday February 21, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at the Pilgrim Rest Jesus Church in Bellaire with Rev. Robert Ellsworth officiating.
