Gary E. Coleman, 70 of Bowerstown, formerly of Cadiz, passed away on October 1, 2024, in Dundee. He was born July 20, 1954, in Wheeling, West Virginia a son of the late Lowell J. and Mary M. Moreland Coleman.
Gary was a coal miner having worked at Consol Highwall 65.
Surviving are his son Leroy (Renee) Coleman of Bowerstown; 3 brothers: Lowell W. Coleman of Adena, William A. Coleman of Adena and Lonny E. Coleman of Utah; 2 sisters: Nancy Kondash of Columbia, South Carolina and Carol Grim of Utah.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-8 at Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home, Cadiz. The funeral service will take place on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Pete Tuchek officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale, Ohio.
