Jacquelyn Ann Sedgmer (Warfield)

Jacquelyn Ann Sedgmer (Warfield), 74, of Cadiz, passed away on Tuesday, September 26 at the Meadows of Cadiz after a long illness. She was born September 15, 1949 to the late Paul and Dolores Giacobbi Sedgmer. 

Jackie was a retired nurse working most recently at Gables Care Center in Hopedale Ohio. She was a member of the Cadiz congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She loved Jehovah and she loved her children and grandchildren deeply.

She is survived by: her children, daughters Randi (Jack) Vance of Eugene, OR, Tisa (Perry) Cerminara of Lebanon, PA, Kalyn Kovacik of Cadiz and son Joseph (Melissa Perry) Kovacik of  Cadiz; grandchildren Jaxen and Jakobi Vance, and Joseph and Jordan Cerminara; sister Judi (Joe) DeCesare; brothers Scott (Martha) Sedgmer, and Jim (Angie) Sedgmer; and a special cousin, Lorri Gay Giacobbi.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. The family is being assisted by Clark-Kirkland-Barr funeral home, Cadiz Ohio.
