James Smith

James A. Smith, 74, of Cadiz, died Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville. He was born June 2, 1939 in McIntyre, Ohio, a son of the late Minnie White. Mr. Smith was a member of the First Apostolic Church in Cadiz, where he was an Usher. He was a retired Housekeeper from Trinity Medical Center East in Steubenville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, "Dump" Smith. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Badger Smith; a son, Chauncey D. Jones of Cadiz; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his devoted church family. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the First Apostolic Church in Cadiz. Rev.
