Jason D. McConnell

Jason McConnell, 49, of Piedmont, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born May 16, 1977 in Bellaire, Ohio a son of Patricia Hawthorne and the late Joseph Randall McConnell.

Jason was a truck driver and was an avid sports fan.

Surviving is his son, Braylon McConnell; his mother and step father, Patricia and Thomas Cameron; his siblings: Amber Hepburn, Bryan McConnell, Logan McConnell, Dale Price, Davis Price, Alissa Nall, Matthew Cameron, Michael Cameron and Timmy Cameron; Wayne Price who helped raise him; along with a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home with his mother, Patricia Cameron officiating. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family at Longview Cemetery in New Athens, Ohio.
