Laura Conley, 93, Hopedale, died Thursday, December 11, at Gables Care Center, Hopedale. She was born October 15, 1910 in West Liberty, Kentucky a daughter of the late Jack and Rene McGuire Smith. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ranzy Conley in 1945; a brother and a sister. Surviving are a son: Ronnie Conley of Germano; 2 daughters: Wanda Chaffin of Germano and Norma Galliher of Jewett; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; and a brother, Clyde Smith of Catlettsburg, Kentucky. Calling hours are Saturday, 6-8 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral service will he held Sunday, December 14 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Paul Hamilton officiating. Burial follows at Germano Cemetery. The memorial guestbook may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com
