Lena Reppart Nation, 86, Cadiz, passed away July 20, 2001 at Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz. She was born February 11, 1915 at Marshall Co., West Virginia a daughter of the late Fred A. and Arizona Miller Swann. She attended Short Creek School where she graduated in 1933. She was a member of the East Warren Street Church of Christ in Cadiz and the Cadiz Business and Professional Womens Club. She retired from the former United Department Store in Cadiz after 31 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband of 47 years, Ellswoth Reppart in 1980 and her second husband, Everett Nation in 1991; a brother, William Swann; 4 Sisters: Mary Dayton, Otie Taylor, Stella Crozier, and Nellie Reppart; a stepson, Ansil Nation; and a sister in law, Mosallee Nation Miller. Surviving are 2 sons: Ronald, Pataskala and Richard, Cadiz; a daughter, Charlotte Hoback, Jacksonville, Fla.; a stepson, Terry Nation, Colubmus; 2 Brothers, Robert and Earl Swann both of Cadiz; a sister, Eva Johnson, Maryland; a sister in law, Alta Lornezo, Adena; 9 grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 5 foster great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Sunday, July 22, 1-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz. Funeral service will be held Monday, July 23, at 1:00 p.m., at the East Warren Street Church of Christ with Evang. Howard Hallmark. Interment at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
