Linna J. Poole

Linna J. Poole, 86, passed away on July 10, 2025 at Valley Hospice Liza’s Place Care Center South. She was born April 1, 1939 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Leighman & Nora Lucas Carrothers.

Linna adored her pets and loved to travel, especially to the beach.

She is survived by her children Michael Poole & Marcia (Rob) Flammini; siblings Candi Sickle & Sam Carrothers and many nieces & nephews.

Linna is preceded in death by her parents; son Mark A. Poole; father of her children George Poole and siblings Lester Blakenship, Maryann Sowers & Barbara Shannon

Cremation services for Linna have been handled by Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville, Ohio. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Fairview Gardens Cemetery with assistance by Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home in Cadiz.
