Marguerite Christy-Davia

Peggy Christy-DaVia, 54, of Ashley, Ohio, formerly of Hopedale, died Sunday, May 4, 2014 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. She was born October 2, 1959 in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Ralph "Spider" and Geraldine Gabel Christy, Sr. Peggy was an Export Documentation Analyst in Worthington, Ohio and was an honorary member of the Daughters of the American Legion. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Christy. Surviving are her husband, Thomas (Mark) DaVia; three brothers, Ralph (Darlene) Christy of Hopedale, Donald (Dixie) Christy of Unionport and Joseph (Vandy) Christy of Tracy, CA; two sisters, Jonetta Appolloni of St. Clairsville and Barbara Glessner of Toronto; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Friends may call Wednesday, May 7 from 6-8 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:30 a.m. with Dean Blythe officiating.
