Mary Christine Kasarda, 68, of New Athens, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born December 16, 1946 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Wilma V. Twigg Waller. She was a former bus driver, sales clerk and a homemaker. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by two brothers: Carl and Myron Singhaus. She is survived by her husband Bruce Kasarda; 2 daughters: Michelle (Steve) Crane of Ringold, Georgia and Lee Ann (Terry) Downs of McDonough, Georgia; 4 grandchildren: Mallory and Macey Downs and Steven and Mitchell Crane; a brother, Ronald Waller of Jewett and a sister, Wanda Randazzo of Canton, Ohio. Calling hours will be held Friday, March 6 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00 until time of service at 8:00 pm. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz with Rev. Pete Tuchek officiating. There will be a private interment. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. The memorial guestbook may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com.
