Patricia A. Smith

Patricia Ann Smith, 88, of Cadiz, Ohio, passed away on February 3, 2026, at Weirton Medical Center. She was born on April 10, 1937, in Dennison, Ohio to the late Clifford M. and Clara M. Long Minor.

Pat was a proud supporter of the Humane Society of Harrison County. She worked many odd jobs, but her favorite was her time working at the former Coultrap’s Super Market on 250.

She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by her sister, Clara May.

She is survived by her 5 children; longtime dear friend, Ruth Harding; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and one on the way; a niece; and a great-niece

Per Pat’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
