Phyllis Best

Phyllis V. Best, 76 of Cadiz, died Saturday, January 05, 2013 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, Ohio. She was born April 13, 1936 in Wheeling, West Virginia a daughter of the late Jess and Wilma Kelley Davidson. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her husband Leroy Best, and a brother Charles Walker. She is survived a son Marlon Best of Cadiz; 2 daughters: Robin Krupinski and Heather Hall both of Cadiz; 6 grandchildren; and a brother, Richard Davidson of Little York, Ohio.
