Samuel Eugene Dunlap, 58, Cadiz, died Thursday, April 25, at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born August 4, 1943 in Alexander, Virginia a son of the late Edwin Dean and Freda Heim Nash Dunlap. He was retired from IBEW #70, a charter member of the New Athens Buck Club, Lafferty Moose #1462, and the NRA. He is survived by his wife, Anna Louise Wallace Dunlap; 2 Daughters: Judy Thatcher of Flushing and Barbara Boyer of St. Clairsville; a brother, Harold Allen Dunlap, Cadiz; 5 Granddaughters and a great grandson. Calling hours are Sunday, April 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where services will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. William Hibbs officiating. Burial will follow at Longview Cemetery, New Athens, Ohio.
