Shirley Miller, 71, Cadiz, died Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, Ohio. She was born December 1, 1939 in Jewett, Ohio a daughter of the late Carl and Mina McAfee. She was a homemaker and a member of the CB club. She was preceded in death in addition to her parent; by her husband William Miller in 2008; and a son James D. Miller. She is survived by a son James L. Miller of Mingo Jct.; a daughter Kimberly L. Ruckman of Cadiz; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Thursday, April 21 at 11:00 a.m. at the Harrison County Home Cemetery with Rev. R.J. Leek officiating. The memorial guestbook may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com.
