William Krankovich

William David Krankovich, 58 of Cadiz died Monday, September 24, 2012 at his home. He was born April 1, 1954 in Martins Ferry, Ohio a son of the late Daniel and Martha E. "Betty" Krankovich. Bill was a retired coal miner having worked at McElroy Mine, Moundsville, WV where he was a member of the UMWA. He was a member of the Hopedale Church of Christ. He was preceded in death in addition to his parents, by a brother Frank Krankovich and a sister Rose Krankovich. Bill is survived by his wife Denise Gilham Krankovich; a daughter, Autumn Krankovich Leech of Waynesburg, Pa.; stepchildren: Michael (Freedom) Curtis of Jewett and Mistella Curtis of Georgia; grandchildren: Naturelle Curtis of the home and Kristian Curtis, Eric Leech, Savannah Curtis, Allusion Curtis, Tera Curtis, Jenelle Wright and Michael Garr; a brother, Daniel of Belpre, Ohio; 5 sisters:: Kay Martin, Mary Ferriera, Donna Volan, Linda Berard and Martha Gatts all of Cadiz, Ohio. Calling hours will be held Thursday, September 27 from 4:00 until time of service at 6:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz with Dean Blythe officiating. A private committal service will be held at the convenience of the family at Fairview Cemetery, Jewett, Ohio. The memorial guestbook may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com.
