William "Billy" Ossman, Iii

William B. Ossman, III, 74 of Cadiz, died Thursday, August 20, 2020 at Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz, Ohio. He was born February 4, 1946 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late William B. and Frances Montgomery Ossman, Jr.

Billy was a member of the Harrison Hills United Pentecostal Church, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and sponsored the Orchestra from Russia in Lancaster.

Surviving are a son: Robbie Ossman of Wingate, NC ; a daughter, Robbin Ossman Smith of Monroe, NC; 4 grandchildren: Cody, Taylor and Jessi Smith and Graceyan Ossman; 2 great grandchildren: Blaison and Emma; 7 brothers: Ronald (Sandra) of Greer, SC, Douglas (Susan), of Jewett, Russell (Barbara) of Akron, Daniel (Sheree) of Cadiz, John (Sylvia) of Phoenix, AZ, David (Amy) of Cadiz and Scott of Cadiz; and 2 sisters: Linda (Gary) Hendricks of Lakeland, Florida and Pam Ladd of Clermont, Florida.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 24 from 3:00 to time of service at 6:00 p.m. at the Harrison Hills United Pentecostal Church, Jewett with Rev. Phillip Spellman officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home, Cadiz, Ohio.
